Graduation!
This weekend is an important weekend. My brother graduates from college on Sunday! How crazy is that?? That means I have been out of college for 5 years. Yikes! Sadly, I am not attending the event. I was going to, but I was highly discouraged from attending by my parents. I think, because my mother is totally freaking out about his impending move to Houston (he starts his new job next month) and she wants as much quality time with him as possible. I mean totally freaking out too. Its kind of funny. If it wasn’t so sad.
The crappy weather is putting a crimp in my plans for spending the weekend outside which is a bit of a bummer. But we’ll adapt. The upside of my parents being gone for the weekend is they are letting me do laundry at their house. Sweet!
The Grey’s season finale was last night, and I have to say, I’m not sure what I thought about it. There were some great moments (Callie telling Izzie about her and George having a baby? I kept waiting for her to add, ‘so take that bitch!’) but it ended, and I just felt…depressed. Last years finale had so much more emotion and a wider range of emotion. This one, was just sad. I just want MerDer to be happy. Apparently that is way too much to ask though. I was excited for Season 3, but I am far less so for Season 4.
